With over 25 years of experience, we continue growing and are seeking the person who will lead our activities in Jamaica. **The Mission** As Regional Delegate, you will be We Resolve’s highest representative in Jamaica and the direct liaison with our headquarters in Spain. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, developing the business, leading the local team, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, profitability, and innovation. We seek a candidate with a holistic business vision, capable of combining leadership, management, and deep technical knowledge of industrial laundry. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations Management** * Coordinate industrial laundry and technical maintenance operations. * Ensure maximum facility availability and efficiency. * Implement continuous improvements in processes, productivity, and quality. * Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvement actions. **Industrial Laundry and Applied Chemistry Specialist** This position requires solid knowledge of industrial laundry processes. Relevant experience highly valued includes: * Industrial washing processes for the hospitality sector. * Professional chemical products (detergents, alkalis, bleaches, neutralizers, softeners, and specific additives). * Automatic dosing systems. * Optimization of washing formulas. * Reduction of water, energy, and chemical consumption. * Textile quality and resolution of washing-related incidents. * Experience working with chemical solutions from manufacturers such as Proquimia or equivalent companies.
