In this instance, we aim to incorporate a **Maintenance Technician** into our new Las Arenas facility. We seek a versatile candidate oriented toward the practical execution of maintenance tasks, possessing foundational technical knowledge across multiple disciplines and the ability to resolve day-to-day incidents. ###### **Your Responsibilities:** * **Basic Corrective Maintenance:** + Resolution of minor malfunctions in facilities: - Replacement of lighting fixtures and basic electrical components. - Repair of minor plumbing leaks or issues. - Fixing defects in walls, ceilings, or floors. + Response to incidents reported by employees. * **Preventive Maintenance:** + Support during periodic facility inspections. + Verification of the general condition of equipment and spaces. + Identification of potential incidents before failures occur. * **Support for Relocations and Space Reorganization:** + Moving furniture and equipment within the premises. + Assembly and disassembly of furniture. + Adapting workspaces according to organizational needs. * **Vendor Support:** + Basic accompaniment and supervision of external companies. + Preparation of access to technical areas. + Assistance with maintenance work performed by third parties. * **Basic Materials Management:** + Control of tools and small maintenance supplies. + Replenishment of consumables (light bulbs, repair materials, etc.). * **Overall Facility Condition:** + Visual inspection of facility conditions. + Reporting significant incidents to the site’s maintenance manager. + Collaboration in maintaining order and proper condition of common areas. ###### **Educational Requirements and Competencies:** * Vocational training (FP or CF) in electricity, maintenance, installations, or related fields (desirable). * Prior experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge across multiple trades (electricity, plumbing, masonry). * Desirable training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Driver’s license (desirable, depending on location). ###### **What We’d Love to See in You:** * Minimum 3\-5 years’ prior experience in building or facility maintenance. * Basic knowledge in: + Electricity (lighting fixture replacements, socket changes, minor faults) + Plumbing (leak repairs, faucet replacement, basic blockage clearance) + Masonry (minor repairs, painting, wall fixes) + Basic carpentry * Experience in internal logistical support tasks (relocations, furniture assembly). * Ability to work autonomously on operational tasks. * Proactive attitude and service orientation. * Good interpersonal skills with end users (site employees). **What We Offer:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at **Sener**: * Flexible working hours and remote work policies. * Access to a flexible compensation plan. * Physical and emotional wellbeing program. * Job stability and long-term projects. * Continuous professional development through tools and an extensive training catalog. * A collaborative work environment where proximity among disciplines facilitates idea exchange, proactivity, and autonomy in developing complex projects. * We promote equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals, and hold the Family-Friendly Company (FFC) certification.
