Job Summary: We are seeking staff for cafeteria management and service, focused on creating human-centered and responsible experiences, and committed to continuous improvement and the local ecosystem. We rethink and manage cafeterias in educational centers, senior residences, and companies in the Basque Country, transforming sector norms to improve them. We consider ourselves part of a local ecosystem that we care for and strengthen across all our projects. RESPONSIBILITIES It is a buffet-style operation. Tasks include setting up, serving, collecting tray carts, cleaning tables, and cleaning everything in the dishwasher. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner services from Monday to Sunday. During breakfast, nothing is served; only setup, payment collection, table cleaning, collection of tray carts (where customers leave their trays), dining hall cleaning, etc. During lunch and dinner, the first and second courses are served at the hot line. Setup is identical for both services, followed by payment collection/card swiping for students (residents) and table cleaning, etc., as during breakfast. REQUIREMENTS Very important: Even though they are students, always address them respectfully — no shouting or excessive familiarity. They are customers. Cleanliness and order are essential. (Cleaning of the entire dining hall, windows, floors, ironing area, tables, etc.) Punctuality. Proficiency in the Basque language. \- Minimum one year of verifiable experience in a similar position. \- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served accurately and promptly. \- Team-oriented mindset. \- Food safety training is preferred. \- Personal vehicle required. Indefinite-term part-time contract. \- Salary according to the Gipuzkoa Catering Collective Agreement. \- Rotating schedule, successively: Monday to Sunday, with respective rest days. Rotation includes breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
