You will oversee sites located in **Bilbao, San Sebastián, Vitoria, Pamplona, Santander, Oviedo, Valladolid, León, A Coruña, and Vigo**, guaranteeing coordinated, consistent, and excellence-oriented service management. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Periodically visit assigned territorial sites (biweekly or monthly depending on each site) to perform a checklist confirming all systems are functioning properly at the site. * Identify incidents and report them to certified suppliers for resolution, while monitoring their progress. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and manage general services—including cleaning, security, courier services, transportation, and supplies—across assigned sites. * Control and manage reception operations at assigned sites, covering processes, personnel, and service levels. * Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and service contracts, while controlling budgets and optimizing operational costs. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Manage operational incidents promptly and effectively, and implement improvements in internal processes and services. * Monitor inventories and material resources. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * + Knowledge of safety and occupational risk prevention regulations. + Experience in facility and corporate service management. + Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. + Experience managing teams, suppliers, and budgets. + Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Excel, management software). + Education in fields related to corporate General Services. **Competencies** + Organization and planning. + Leadership and teamwork capabilities. + Problem-solving skills. + Communication and negotiation skills. + Results- and internal customer-oriented mindset. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
