A professional, human, and committed work environment **Director of Geriatric Residence — Etxeko Beroa (Vitoria)** **Grupo Vértice Asisencial**, a company dedicated to comprehensive care for the elderly with presence across Spain, is seeking to hire a **Residence Director** for its **Etxeko Beroa** center, located in **Vitoria-Gasteiz**. **Main Responsibilities** * Overall leadership, organization, and supervision of the center and its interdisciplinary team. * Coordination with nursing, social work, physiotherapy, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance departments. * Management of person-centered care and compliance with quality-assistance standards. * Administrative supervision, budgetary control, and relations with public administration. * Representation of the center before families, official bodies, and inspections. * Promotion of a positive working climate and professional development of the team. **Requirements** * University degree in **Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Gerontology or related field**. * Minimum **2 years' experience** in management or coordination of geriatric or socio-healthcare centers. * Knowledge of current regulations governing dependency services in Catalonia. * Competencies in leadership, organization, communication, and team management. * A Master’s degree or specialized training in **Geriatric Center Management** is desirable. **We Offer** * Integration into a stable and expanding group. * An **indefinite-term contract** and **full-time employment**. * **Competitive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and professional merit. * **Technical and administrative support** from the group's management. * A professional, human, and committed work environment focused on care excellence. **Location** Etxeko Beroa Residence, Vitoria, Basque Country Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from 1\.800,00€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
