The position will be based at the Ormazabal Digital Hub (ODH), Ormazabal’s flagship facility, located in Building 614 of the Zamudio Technology Park. This modern main headquarters of Ormazabal has been designed to host the most innovative teams and cutting-edge technologies, including a highly comprehensive laboratory setup — offering a unique working environment that combines state-of-the-art facilities with a strategic location at the heart of a leading business ecosystem. **WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Weekly rotating shift work:** Morning (6:00\-14:00\) and Afternoon (14:00\-22:00\) * **We care about your well-being:** psychological, financial, and legal support for you and your family. * **Training and development** to help you grow every day. * **A safe space,** free from discrimination and harassment. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your work will be essential as the internal reference point for the Direct Labor workforce. * Coordinate and supervise the production team during your shift * Monitor team performance * Manage line incidents in real time * Plan and organize daily work according to the production schedule * Ensure compliance with quality and process standards * Guarantee adherence to safety and hygiene regulations * Track production indicators (KPIs) * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics; Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems; or equivalent studies. * **Knowledge:** + Electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and electric tools + Production lines, work methods and times, line balancing, and process optimization + People management and performance monitoring + In-process quality controls and non-conformance management + BAAN, Microsoft 365, corporate applications + Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 8D + English * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle** to ensure timely arrival at work. **Can you imagine being part of a team working to shape the future of energy?
