Job Summary: We are seeking store staff for grocery stores, focusing on customer service, restocking merchandise, and maintaining clean and organized sections, with emphasis on teamwork and proactivity. Inclusive environment with well-being programs and professional support. We are looking for store staff for grocery stores in San Sebastián, specifically at the Garbera and Zarautz shopping centers. Main responsibilities include keeping sales sections clean, orderly, and visually appealing; ensuring product availability and attractive presentation; carefully restocking goods from receiving areas to shelves; and advising customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Work will be carried out across various departments: fruit and vegetable section, deli, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, checkout, and general restocking. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is required. Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is valued but not mandatory, as training will be provided. We seek individuals capable of teamwork, with initiative and a proactive attitude to dynamically address daily challenges. Adaptability and willingness to learn are also highly valued. This offer includes a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, and full-time or part-time schedules distributed over five days per week with quality rest periods.
