Job Summary: At Klousner, we are seeking a Front-of-House Manager for the Cornellà de Llobregat Auditorium, responsible for cultural venue management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the venue during events, guaranteeing an excellent experience for both the audience and artists/technical teams. • Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team (ushers, information staff, public service personnel). • Ensure the correct execution of scheduled performances and activities. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, evacuation protocols, and current legislation. • Manage incidents and respond efficiently to the needs of the audience and internal teams. • Coordinate with production, box office, technical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Monitor capacity limits, opening and closing of the venue, and manage audience flow. • Maintain the venue’s image, order, and general upkeep. • Prepare incident reports and proposals for improvement. * Minimum 1 year of experience. • Demonstrable experience in team management and/or in cultural venues, auditoriums, theatres, or events. * High School Diploma * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Part-time (5 hours per week) * Additional relevant information: • Flexible working hours and willingness to work weekends and holidays. • Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. • Excellent communication skills and public service orientation. • Knowledge of safety protocols and capacity management. • Proficiency in speaking and writing both Catalan and Spanish.
