We seek a **Data Protection Consultant** who views the GDPR as a commitment to individuals — someone who navigates regulations (LOPDGDD, ENS, NIS2\) yet speaks the language of operational teams. Academic background in Law, specialized in personal data protection or related fields such as information security. If your degree was obtained outside Spain, it must be **officially recognized (homologated)** in Spain. * **Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification** issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (or equivalent certifications: CIPP/E, CDPP) * **Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection consultancy** within the public administration * Proficiency in GDPR, LOPDGDD, Risk Assessment Templates (RAT), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and security breach management * Ability to **translate complexity into clarity** **Most importantly:** You must believe that protecting data means protecting rights. What will your day-to-day look like? A **continuous transformation project**, where your day-to-day is varied and essential: **Governance**: Coordinate reviews of the Data Protection Management System (SGPDP), draft data protection policies, update Risk Assessment Templates (RAT) **Analysis**: Conduct risk assessments, execute DPIAs, participate in Security Committees **Incidents**: Manage data breaches, advise on NIS2 and regulatory compliance **Coordination**: Collaborate with Data Protection Officers (DPOs), transfer knowledge, prepare implementation reports **On-site presence**: Attend committees and inspections (because some things require being there) What do we offer? **Stability**: Permanent contract from day one and a personalized career plan **Flexibility**: Flexible working hours, hybrid/remote work model, 3-month summer intensive schedule, intensive Fridays.
