




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cook for a hotel in San Sebastián, to collaborate in food preparation, presentation, and handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in the preparation and presentation of dishes. 2. Food handling and inventory control in the kitchen. 3. Teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented approach. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a COOK for our new CATALONIA DONOSTI hotel located in the center of SAN SEBASTIÁN RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, and cleaning and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented approach. * Experience in restaurants or hotels.
