Experience with: * Microsoft SQL Server. * Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). * Azure DevOps Server. * Windows GPOs. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Service availability and operational control tasks. * Monitoring of processing, capacity, and performance. * Technology and functionality upgrade tasks, as well as reduction of service obsolescence. * Implementation of required security measures and system hardening. * Vulnerability analysis, security updates, and implementation of security measures. * Reactively addressing issues arising from failures of any kind, working toward resolution or mitigation to restore service. * Proactively handling service requests and applying configurations that minimize reactive interventions. * Documentation tasks covering processes, service scope, service operations, user manuals, policies, etc. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Indefinite full-time contract.
