




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to ensure final product quality and participate in hygiene programs at the production plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure final product quality and participate in hygiene programs. 2. Investigate non-conformities and continuously improve processes. 3. Prepare technical documentation and participate in audits. **Job Title:** **PROCESS ENGINEER\- HYGIENE** **Function: Quality** **ROLE/POSITION** * Ensure the quality of manufactured final products through: * Investigation of non-conformities related to the process area * Participation in the Cleaning \& Disinfection program, proposing and implementing improvements derived from detected non-conformities. **RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS** * Participation in the Cleaning \& Disinfection program. Review or inspection of facility conditions to prevent formation of microbiological contamination sources (valves, pumps, pipes, etc.), including on-site assembly and disassembly work. * Participation in resolving actions arising from deviations detected in the Cleaning \& Disinfection program. Proposing and implementing facility improvements. * Investigation of non-conformities related to the process area * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with processes, internal work instructions to ensure compliance with defined standards, OPL (one point lesson), SOPs (standard operating procedures), technical data sheets, and training. * Participation in internal and external audits **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization, Mechanical, Chemical or Food Engineering); specialization or experience in Process Engineering is highly desirable. * Desirable knowledge of “Hygienic Design of Facilities” * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role (Process Engineer) within the industrial sector / production plant. * **English:** High level, spoken and written (equivalent to B2 or demonstrated practical proficiency). * Advanced proficiency in IT/digital tools: Windows, Office, Internet, PowerBI, AI. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** We seek a proactive and analytical individual, capable of problem-solving and who enjoys working on the production plant floor. * Analytical ability. * Attention to detail and results orientation. * Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. * Leadership capability and/or strong communication skills for inter\-departmental collaboration across the plant. * Teamwork capability. “WHAT UNILEVER OFFERS * Benefits enabling better work-life balance. * Opportunities for international professional development. * Flexible working hours.
