Area responsible for managing information systems within the Enel Group, providing technological support to business processes in Commercialization, Distribution, Generation/Trading, and corporate functions. Manages the full IT service lifecycle, driving adoption of emerging technologies such as generative and agentic Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced digital productivity solutions. Training Objectives During the internship, students will: **Organizational Management:** Participate in understanding and improving processes related to Information Technology management, collaborating in defining functional requirements and governing technology projects. **Data Analytics:** Support analysis of information linked to energy processes, assisting in the development of data-driven proofs of concept and pilots, as well as evaluating analytical and Artificial Intelligence models. **Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies:** Participate in initiatives involving Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI, supporting the adoption of digital tools and AI-based business solutions. **Key Competencies:** Develop analytical thinking, structured vision, teamwork, and results orientation in complex, collaborative technological environments. **Process Innovation:** Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance individual and team productivity through automation, prompt engineering, and intelligent solutions. Candidate Profile **Academic Qualifications:** Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Organization), ADE with technological focus, Information Systems, Data Science, or related degrees oriented toward business and technology. **Required Skills:** Analytical ability, critical and structured thinking, results orientation, interest in business-oriented Artificial Intelligence, and capacity for continuous learning. **Valued Languages and Tools:** Languages: English or Italian (desirable). Tools: Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365 environment, Power BI, knowledge of software development methodologies and programming. Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, supervised and unsupervised algorithms, neural networks, NLP, automation, and data analytics will be considered an advantage. Specific knowledge of the energy sector or prior experience in technology projects will be regarded as an added value.
