**Job Description** The selected candidate will join BCARE’s team to manage energy storage projects and contribute to the development of new business opportunities. This position combines project coordination, solution definition, technical-economic analysis, and direct interaction with clients and suppliers. We are seeking a candidate with competencies in simultaneous project management, autonomy, problem-solving ability, organization, prioritization, initiative, and effective communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders. Its activities focus on improving battery and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) performance, safety, and service life. The selection process will conclude with the onboarding of the selected candidate. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or equivalent qualification. A Master’s degree in Renewable Energies, Electrical Systems, or Energy Storage is highly desirable. * Proven consulting experience in the energy sector of at least three years. * Demonstrable experience in the renewable energy sector and in BESS projects. * Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects and engaging with clients. * Experience in technical-economic analysis of solutions. * English proficiency at C1 level and willingness to travel. * Ability to interpret technical specifications, perform cost calculations, and use advanced Excel functions. Preferred qualifications: * Experience working with suppliers and preparing technical-commercial proposals. * Familiarity with BESS systems, photovoltaic installations, converters, inverters, and transformers. * Functional knowledge of EMS and SCADA systems, as well as electrical plant design. * Knowledge of grid connection and energy storage regulations. * Understanding of battery state estimation and behavioral modeling algorithms.
