Dynamic, collaborative environment with continuous improvement IDDTEK is recruiting an Operational Buyer for an aerospace casting company. The candidate must be responsible, proactive, and challenge-oriented, with proven leadership and negotiation skills, and will be directly involved in supply chain management, coordinating material inputs and production. Experience managing customers or suppliers, as well as knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SAP, is required. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting account reconciliations with Finance. * Standardizing work methods based on current processes. * Managing materials in SAP and MRP, prioritizing demand and coordinating with production. * Coordinating forecasts with suppliers, ensuring mutual understanding and execution. * Leading meetings and negotiations with suppliers, managing deliveries and issue resolution. * Analyzing and monitoring on-time delivery (OTD) performance and supplier production capacity. * Implementing and discussing KPIs with suppliers. * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in direct customer or supplier management. * Valuable knowledge in production planning or management. * English proficiency level C2. * Experience with SAP and Lean Manufacturing. * Teamwork skills, achievement orientation, and leadership capability. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel, approximately six times per year across Europe.
