Coordination with the GP and lead nurse from ABS Bellpuig. Management and organisation of medication. Performing blood extractions and administering medication to Alba users who require it. Managing external health-related services. Assessing appropriate diets according to individual needs. Delivering necessary care. Conducting training sessions across various entity services and supports. Coordinating with families and support circles regarding the health area. Managing orders for healthcare products. Planning, coordinating and accompanying users to medical appointments when required. Teamwork and coordination with other internal and external services and departments of the entity. Application of person-centred planning methodology. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience working with people of diverse abilities and ages will be especially valued. We would like you to share the perspective of person-centred care. * Nursing diploma or technical engineering degree in nursing * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Driving licence: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: 30-hour weekly schedule with flexible hours.
