Job Summary: Responsible for training and mentoring the technical team in alarm installation, designing training programs, developing improvements, and supporting departments. Key Highlights: 1. You will be jointly responsible—with the SWA Operations Manager—for training and mentoring the technical team in the alarm installation process, collaborating on the design and delivery of necessary training for mentoring. You will also drive development in potential areas for improvement. You will mentor various roles across the installer network and provide support to different departments through training programs and coaching processes, helping them successfully achieve their objectives—thus contributing to Sector Alarm’s leadership in the market by delivering the best service. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, observe, and understand the status of participants in theoretical-practical training, working with feedback. * Ensure compliance with internal company guidelines (Highways) applicable both to yourself and to participants. * Collaborate with your manager in designing training materials for SWA Operations. * Conduct daily accompaniments to various technical roles across the technician network to assess the development and implementation of HWs. * Track results related to training courses. * Monitor participant satisfaction with courses using research tools. * Attend meetings. * Master the systems and tools required for SWA teaching. * Maintain and improve the quality management system. **Education and Experience:** * Vocational training in electricity and/or electronics. * Prior experience in installing alarm systems. * Training delivery experience is valued. * Advanced English proficiency is valued. * Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, etc.).
