What challenges and projects will you encounter? * Analyze data from digital analytics, social listening, CRM, and other business sources. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for brands and campaigns. * Transform complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. * Design dashboards and executive reports tailored to different stakeholders. * Participate in client workshops, providing a data-driven perspective. What will your day-to-day role involve? * Collect, structure, and leverage data while ensuring its quality and traceability. * Design analytical models aligned with business hypotheses and questions. * Present clear, prioritized, and impact-oriented conclusions. * Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, performance, and strategy teams. * Explore new methodologies and tools, including AI applied to data analysis. What are we looking for in you? * 2–4 years of experience in data analysis applied to marketing, communications, or digital business. * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in digital analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). * Experience with social listening tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar). * Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and business-strategy orientation. * Excellent ability to synthesize and communicate complex insights. * High proficiency in Spanish and English. We will positively consider additional knowledge of SQL, Python, or R; CRM experience; consulting environments; and international projects.
