




**Job Summary:** The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting waiters/waitresses in serving customers. A waiter/waitress assistant must be elegant, enthusiastic, and courteous at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver an exceptional experience to all customers during service. * Ensure guest satisfaction during service, fostering and promoting experience creation as a driver for daily operations. * Promote a positive working environment within the F\&B Department, encouraging teamwork and continuously supporting and collaborating with colleagues. * Inform the Service Manager so they can enrich each guest’s profile with all necessary information (complaints, incidents, preferences, tastes, etc.) to enable personalized experiences for future stays. * Execute a proper service close-down, leaving one’s assigned area clean and tidy and reporting any pending issues to the manager. * Assist with pre-service and post-service tasks. * Maintain control over takeaway box stock. * Monitor and inspect products by conducting inventory of dining room supplies and beverages. * Maintain direct communication with the kitchen before, during, and after service. * Possess excellent knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. * Be capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and remaining calm under pressure. * Clean used tableware and glassware and reset tables once guests have departed. * Deliver dishes and beverages to tables and describe them according to our established standards. * Have complete knowledge of all hotel outlets’ locations and operating hours. * Assist waiters/waitresses in serving customers efficiently and attentively. * Collect food as soon as it is ready to ensure adherence to stipulated timing. * Be able to carry trays comfortably and confidently. * Be able to serve beverages at tables and explain the beverages being served. * Clean tables quickly and correctly. * Communicate effectively and respectfully with waiters/waitresses and bar staff.
