To continue providing top-tier service, we are looking for two **RESTAURANT WAITERS/WAITRESSES** to join our team at the **ABBA San Sebastián Hotel.** If you are passionate about hospitality and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Deliver excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. * **Food and Beverage Service:** Execute food and beverage sales and service with the highest level of professionalism. * **Cocktail Preparation:** For bar and terrace. * **Dining Area Preparation:** Organize and prepare the assigned service area, ensuring it is ready for the next shift. * **Setup and Breakdown:** Perform setup and breakdown of services in the restaurant, banquet halls, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, among others. * **Waste Management:** Handle and sort waste from the dining area, transporting it to the appropriate containers. * **Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness of necessary tools such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, trolleys, etc. * **Order Management:** Place orders with the purchasing department, receive deliveries, and organize them accordingly. * **Area Maintenance:** Keep the dining room, terrace, banquet hall, or other food and beverage sales areas in perfect condition.
