**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Manage all mechanical aspects of projects, primarily in the construction sector. This includes:
* Calculations and review of mechanical design and engineering criteria, data sheets, specifications and standards, and scope of work.
* Technical leadership and guidance to mechanical engineers and engineers from other disciplines involved in the projects.
* Preparation and review of mechanical equipment requests and material packages.
* Promotion and application of safety in design within engineering projects.

You will become part of an integrated team composed of professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experiences, allowing you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective.
At the same time, we have a Development Program focused on mentoring for roles, so that in the short/medium term, you can perform your duties and lead your projects autonomously.
**What do you need to fit in?**
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer for landmark buildings (hospitals, hotels, pharmaceutical projects, airports, etc.).
* Experience in HVAC, sanitation, plumbing, fire suppression, and detection systems.
* Ability to work with a certain level of autonomy while being a team player.
* Willingness to learn and grow in new areas of mechanical engineering.
* Orientation toward quality and performance.
* Knowledge of local and international standards.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Tools: Ms Office, Autodesk Revit MEP, HAP, etc., projects.
