Reporting to the National Operations Director, the candidate will be responsible for the business unit, currently covering aerospace services in the northern region. The role oversees a team of approximately 60 people, including two Production Managers, and entails accountability for business performance and customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess an Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent, knowledge of industrial processes, strong leadership and management capabilities, and excellent customer-facing skills.
