We are seeking a person to join our recruitment team to perform the following responsibilities: \- Proficiency in Office suite tools and social media platforms. * Ability to synthesize hiring needs and create job postings, publish them on job portals, and replicate them on social media. * Screening of resumes and conducting interviews. * Document management of candidates within the online platform. * Active follow-up of candidates. * Proactive candidate sourcing beyond our internal database. Personal Profile: * Communicative, optimistic, proactive, and client-oriented individual. * Methodical and responsible person, capable of both independent and team-based work. * Degree in Psychology / Labor Relations / Pedagogy (Postgraduate studies in HR or related fields are valued). * Proficiency in computer tools, especially Office suite and similar applications. * Ability to post job offers on employment portals. * Social media handling skills
