Position Summary: We are seeking a Materials Laboratory Assistant for electrical and mechanical assembly of test benches, design of control systems, assembly of light detectors, and database management. Management of test database and updating of procedures We are seeking a Materials Laboratory Assistant in Madrid. The contract will be temporary, with a duration of 12 months. This position is aimed at young people under 30 years of age, who must be registered as job seekers and beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. Main responsibilities include electrical and mechanical assembly of test benches for cryogenic testing, participation in the design and programming of control systems, and assembly of light detectors. You will also participate in validation tests of these detectors and manage shipments of detection modules. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the test database and updating technical procedures, always under supervision. Required qualification: Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing Design, or Electronic Maintenance. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week will be offered, with an annual gross salary of €1600.84 paid in 14 installments. The start date is scheduled for March 2026.
