




#### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Research Group on Resistance, Chemotherapy and Predictive Biomarkers in the Cancer Area requires a **Senior Laboratory Technician**, affiliated with the project: ***PID2023-153089OB-I00 funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/FEDER "A way of making Europe"***. Prior experience in a similar role within a cancer research group is required, including cell culture, genetic manipulation techniques (CRISPR/Cas9), in vitro cytotoxicity assessment, qPCR, and Western blot. Knowledge of cancer immunology and participation in scientific publications will be highly valued. #### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support for the group’s research activities. * Participate in drafting protocols. * Represent the team in lab management meetings. * Draft reports of results. #### **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in sciences. * Master’s degree in a scientific field. * English proficiency level C1 (minimum B2 or equivalent certification required). * Experience in at least one of the techniques described above. #### **OFFER** * Temporary contract (6 months) linked to ***PID2023-153089OB-I00 funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/FEDER "A way of making Europe"***. * Gross annual remuneration associated with this position shall be determined based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, paid in 12 installments. * 23 days of vacation + 5 personal days annually + 2 personal days for Easter Week + 2 personal days for Christmas. * Flexible remuneration (childcare voucher + meal voucher). * Company-funded training capsules. * Join an excellent multidisciplinary research center holding the HRS4R distinction. * Location at Can Ruti Campus—a top-tier translational research environment in the Barcelona area, situated within a highly stimulating scientific setting.
