Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering student to support project management, analyze manufacturing processes, propose improvements, and optimize material and information flows. What We Expect: * Support the project management team. * Participate in the analysis of manufacturing processes. * Process diagnosis and improvement proposals. * Participate in the analysis of the manufacturing flow, batch handling, method, and frequency of material transfer. * Diagnosis of material and information flows and improvement proposals. * Support the process team in developing work instructions aligned with implemented improvements or product evolution. * Support the process team in developing supply specifications aligned with implemented improvements or product evolution. * Support the process team by providing suppliers with proposals regarding improvements and factory supply methods. * Support the process team and workshop in implementing the factory’s 6S program. * Support the process team in implementing daily management meetings at all levels. * Participate in implementing the factory’s continuous improvement meeting. * Support the process team and workshop in implementing TKE PS. Who We Are Looking For: * Currently pursuing Industrial Engineering or a similar technical degree, with a focus on mechanical and/or electronic disciplines. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * English level B2\. * Proactive and pragmatic attitude, analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and time management skills; strong organizational abilities. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
