Therefore, we offer flexibility. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., but with flexibility to organize your eight-hour workday. On Fridays and during summer months, the daily work schedule is seven hours. Additionally, you will be provided with a company car to facilitate travel to the workplace and clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your primary responsibility will be **mechanical design and development of industrial machinery**, using **Inventor** software and becoming a **key reference figure** in the mechanical area. You will design and adapt both new and existing machinery. You will closely collaborate with the project manager and assembly team, participating in the entire process—from design through to machine commissioning. It is essential that you keep design documentation, drawing libraries, and bills of materials up to date, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. You will manage **end-to-end mechanical design projects**, from initiation through to customer site commissioning. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising each mechanical phase of the project to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with other company departments to ensure project feasibility and alignment of all teams with established objectives. **What will make you succeed in this role?** We seek a **Mechanical Design Engineer** with at least five years of experience in machinery design, preferably within the automation sector. Proficiency in **Inventor** or similar design software is essential, as is experience working with mechanical components in industrial machinery.
