Participate in strategic digitalization and Smart Manufacturing projects. **Manufacturing Platforms Process Engineer – MSAT OSD (GSK Aranda)** **Location:** Aranda de Duero, Burgos **Application Deadline:** 22/02/2026 We are seeking a professional passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and process standardization to lead the technical area of oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing. ### **Your Responsibilities:** **1\. Technical Management of OSD Manufacturing:** * Serve as the technical reference for equipment, technologies, and OSD manufacturing processes. * Ensure acquisition, development, and preservation of technical knowledge related to OSD processes and technologies. * Lead activities related to design, requirements definition, and qualification of equipment and processes (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ). **2\. Continuous Improvement:** * Drive initiatives to optimize consistency, product quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. * Promote standardization and maintain the technical knowledge repository for the area. **3\. Technical Problem-Solving:** * Lead investigations, root cause analysis, problem resolution (PS, CAPAs), and deviation management. * Serve as the reference expert in materials science: characterization, physicochemical properties, and processability of APIs and excipients. **4\. Use of the MSAT MiniLAB:** * Oversee the performance of the Materials and Processes Characterization Laboratory, using this tool for technical studies and development. **5\. Technological Innovation:** * Promote digital tools, process modeling, and process control in collaboration with Data Science and Digital Experts teams. * Advance hardware/software technologies (PAT, advanced analytics, automation) aligned with Aranda’s, One Pharma’s, and Smart Manufacturing strategies. **6\. Collaboration and Representation:** * Coordinate multidisciplinary exercises to assess technical needs and integrate technologies for new products. Represent the department in local and global Engineering and Technology forums (Projects, Communities of Practice, Centres of Excellence) * ### **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences. A postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry is a plus. * **Experience:** Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD) or substantial experience in regulated industries.
