On this occasion, we aim to incorporate a **Maintenance Manager** into our new workplace at the Zamudio Technology Park. We seek a professional with solid experience in the comprehensive management of corporate buildings, capable of ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of facilities. ###### **Your Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management of the Site:** + Supervise the correct functioning of all building facilities. + Ensure the availability and operability of general services (climate control, electricity, water, cleaning, etc.). + Coordinate facility opening/closing and usage conditions. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** + Define, plan, and supervise the preventive maintenance program. + Manage technical incidents and breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution. + Coordinate corrective interventions while minimizing impact on operations. * **Vendor Management:** + Comprehensive management of maintenance contracts (HVAC, electricity, cleaning, security, etc.). + Supervision of service quality delivered. + Vendor evaluation and cost optimization. * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** + Ensure compliance with legal regulations applicable to facilities. + Coordinate mandatory inspections and audits. + Supervise security and emergency systems (fire protection, evacuation, etc.). + Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on facility safety. * **Energy Management and Sustainability:** + Monitor energy consumption and propose improvements. + Promote energy efficiency and sustainability measures. + Track consumption KPIs (electricity, HVAC, water). * **Project and Improvement Management:** + Lead site adaptation, renovation, or expansion projects. + Coordinate internal relocations and spatial reorganizations. + Propose improvements to facilities and services. * **Space and Employee Service Management:** + Ensure the proper condition of workspaces. + Coordinate associated services: cleaning, catering, internal logistics. + Gather user feedback for continuous improvement (aligned with your usual approach). ###### **Educational Requirements and Competencies:** * Technical education; a university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Technical, or similar) is highly valued. * English level B2 (C1\ preferred). * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and facility regulations. * Certification or training in Facility Management is desirable. * Experience in complex corporate or multinational environments. ###### **What We’d Love to See in You:** * Minimum 8\-10 years’ experience in maintenance of buildings or complex facilities (offices, corporate headquarters, technical centers). * Solid knowledge of: + Electrical installations (LV/MV) + HVAC systems + Fire protection systems + Security systems (CCTV, access control) + Energy management * Experience managing vendors and maintenance contracts. * Ability to coordinate incidents and preventive/corrective actions. * Experience implementing operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse departments (IT, Physical Security, HR, Business Units, etc.). * Knowledge of applicable regulations (RITE, REBT, OHS, fire safety regulations, etc.). * Proficiency in maintenance management tools (GMAO/CMMS). **What We Offer You:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at **Sener**: * Flexible working hours and remote work policies. * Access to a flexible compensation plan. * Physical and emotional wellbeing program. * Job stability and long-term projects. * Continuous professional development through dedicated tools and a broad training portfolio. * A collaborative work environment where proximity among disciplines facilitates idea exchange, proactivity, and autonomy in developing complex projects. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all, and hold the “Family-Responsible Company” (EFR) certification.
