The objective is to guarantee that all materials, components, and services reach Production, Logistics, and Construction Sites on time and in full, thereby supporting project execution and cost optimization. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Order Management and Tracking** Order management and tracking * Track orders issued to suppliers until receipt. * Verify compliance with agreed delivery deadlines. * Monitor critical and project-prioritized orders. * Update order status in the ERP system and report incidents. * Coordinate on-site deliveries with technical staff and procurement administration. * Coordinate on-site deliveries with technical staff and procurement administration. **Document Management** * Review delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation associated with supplies. * Manage non-conformities with suppliers (e.g., incorrect materials, defects, shortages). * Maintain full document traceability for each supply within the ERP system. * Control and organize transport, customs, and certification documentation. **Internal Coordination** * Inform Production, Technical Office, and Logistics about the status of pending materials. * Escalate critical incidents to Procurement or the Department Head. * Ensure planning changes are communicated to suppliers. **Analysis and Continuous Improvement** * Prepare reports on delivery performance, incidents, and supply-related costs. * Support supplier evaluations using objective performance data. * Propose improvements to tracking, control, and traceability processes. * Coordinate planning with the Technical Procurement Coordinator, Project Manager, and Production. **Requirements:** --------------- * Required education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field. * Preferred education: Courses in procurement management, ERP systems, or supply chain. * Required experience: 2–3 years in order tracking, procurement, or logistics. * Technical knowledge: – Essential: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAGE or similar), Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), and order documentation management. – Preferred: English B1–B2 level; prior experience in glass procurement. * **WE OFFER...** * A dynamic and innovative work environment: We value creativity and innovation.
