Drafting Technician and Administrative Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a drafter with experience in AutoCAD and office software to create, manage, and update drawings, as well as provide administrative support and verify technical data. Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday We require a candidate trained in drafting or a related field, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and office software. The primary responsibility will be to create and manage drawings—from basic designs for implementation to specific construction details. The candidate will also be responsible for updating existing drawings, performing necessary measurements to ensure continuous improvement of our locations. This position also includes general administrative support tasks for the department and document management. A significant part of the role involves verifying data to ensure the accuracy of technical information integrated into our real estate tool. Prior experience is valued, but greater emphasis will be placed on technical skills and tool proficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, highly detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Full-time employment is offered with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. This opportunity allows for comprehensive understanding of all processes within an expanding company, including participation in growth and maintenance projects. Vocational Training Cycle II (FPII) or Higher Vocational Degree in Drafting, Building and Urban Planning, or equivalent. Fluent use of AutoCAD (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office tools. Two to three years of prior experience is desirable, but technical skills and tool proficiency will be prioritized.
