JOB DESCRIPTION + RESPONSIBILITIES If you are passionate about designing new products and improving existing ones… this is the right place for you! WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? Design and develop products from the initial concept through to launch, under the supervision of the Product Manager. **Specific responsibilities include:** * Conducting market research and analysis for the product. * Calculating product profitability based on conducted studies. * Overseeing manufacturing during the prototyping phase. * Designing new projects to strengthen the company’s market position. * Preparing user and maintenance manuals. * Modifying and updating existing products. * Building prototypes and conducting tests to ensure design feasibility. * Preparing technical documentation required for product manufacturing and commercialization. * Interacting with customers and suppliers in Spanish and English to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. * Collaborating with various internal teams. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (and other design tools). * Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Fluency in English, Basque, and Spanish (spoken and written). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, flexible individual eager to learn. **The following skills will be considered an advantage:** * Knowledge of Inventor and CATIA. * Fluency in French (spoken and written).
