If you seek a dynamic environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and create a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Controller **Job Description:** Ensure the reliability of management indicators and tools, providing the Plant Management with rigorous and timely analytical information to facilitate decision-making and guarantee efficient and sustainable activity control. * Prepare and monitor the **operating budget**, coordinating inputs provided by various company departments. * Control the **Annual Investment Plan (AIP)**: contracts, amounts, execution tracking, and profitability analysis of each investment. * Define, calculate, and update **standard costs** (hourly rates, raw material costs, etc.), ensuring proper integration of variables provided by other departments. * Analyze **profitability by customer and by product**, proposing improvement actions where appropriate. * Analyze **customer-related risks** and make decisions aligned with the company’s financial policy. * Manage the company’s **insurance policies**, in accordance with corporate policies. * Define **key performance indicators (KPIs)** for activity monitoring and supervise their correct implementation at the plant. * Supervise and coordinate **budgetary control processes** and associated **action plans**. * Prepare **financial reporting** according to the established schedule (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually). * Prepare and maintain the documentation required for **General Management decision-making**. * Actively collaborate in the development of the **Plant Strategic Plan**. * Train personnel designated by Management in tasks specific to this position. * Exercise **effective leadership and people management**, promoting continuous improvement and professional development. Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent.
