We are seeking personnel to join the production team of an automotive manufacturing plant in San Cibrao das Viñas. The primary responsibility involves monitoring and supervising machine-assisted manufacturing processes, working consistently on the production line to ensure workflow meets daily standards and objectives. The environment is dynamic and requires a proactive and careful attitude. Daily tasks include basic supervision of equipment operation, identification of potential incidents or deviations, and coordination with other team members to ensure all stages are completed correctly and on time. Inspections of manufactured parts are also conducted to verify compliance with required quality specifications before proceeding to the next stage. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of the final product. A full-time temporary contract is offered. Adaptability, ability to follow precise instructions, and maintaining an orderly and safe workplace are highly valued. Tasks may vary depending on current production needs. At least one year of prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required; experience within the automotive sector is preferred. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is mandatory. Practical knowledge of processes such as plastic injection and mold change is considered a plus. Candidates must have access to their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
