Use and updating of ERP systems and databases We seek to hire a person with experience in administrative tasks and customer service to support management, billing, and commercial administration activities for our client in Zamudio ### **Main Responsibilities** * Telephone support and customer service * Billing and support in basic accounting tasks * Administrative management of sales and purchases * Document filing and management * Customs-related procedures * Use and updating of ERP systems and databases ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles * English proficiency level B1–B2 * Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with ERP systems or databases * Knowledge of billing and document management ### **Desired Competencies** * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Empathy and customer orientation * Organizational and planning ability * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously * Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Teamwork and autonomy * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn ### **Position Conditions** * **Position:** Administrative Assistant – Customer Service * **Initial Duration:** 1 month, with possibility of extension up to a maximum of 3 months * **Start Date:** Immediate
