Main responsibilities include personalized customer service via telephone, in person, and online; budget and invoicing management; and end-to-end customer lifecycle management—from proposal to sales or service closure. Also includes debt collection and managing system registrations, cancellations, and modifications. We seek an organized individual with strong service orientation and problem-solving skills. A personal vehicle is required, as the role involves mobility between two centers in Bilbao and the left bank. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30–19:30, with alternate Saturday mornings.
