




At this time, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking for our client an **Operations Manager** with extensive experience in the construction sector, strategic vision, and the ability to comprehensively manage projects. The selected candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize processes, and be responsible for project execution from initial planning through to final delivery. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Operations department and the various involved teams. * Plan, control, and execute multiple construction projects simultaneously. * Optimize internal processes and propose continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, costs, and current regulations. * Coordinate and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and external resources. * Conduct technical analyses and structural reviews using Tekla Structures and CYPE. * Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management. * Represent the company before clients, partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineering degree (mandatory). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar role in construction. * Demonstrable experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced knowledge of Tekla Structures and CYPE. * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities. * Experience in structures, civil works, or industrial building (highly valued). * Additional training in project management (PMP, Lean Construction, etc.) is a plus. * Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to make informed decisions. **What does the company offer?** Competitive salary between **50\.000 and 60\.000 €**, depending on experience and profile. * Stable position with strong long-term prospects and continuity. * Strategic position within the organization, with significant influence on decision-making. * Involvement in large-scale projects. * Highly qualified team and excellent working environment.
