Disassemble units when necessary to recover reusable components. Record incidents and material write-offs in Excel and internal systems. Document all actions and inspections performed using a tablet. Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level), preferably related to mechanical manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, quality, or other industrial fields. Minimum two years’ experience in production or industrial environments. Experience as an assembly line operator and performing quality inspection or verification tasks will be especially valued. Basic knowledge of quality control, rejection management, and non-conformities. User-level Excel proficiency. Ability to use digital tools, computer applications, and tablets. Basic English level, equivalent to A2\. Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Competencies We Value We seek an observant, methodical, and organized individual with attention to detail and the ability to detect deviations. Initiative, orientation toward continuous improvement, and ease of interaction with production teams, suppliers, customers, and other plant departments will be important. Join an international, stable, and automotive-specialized company. Participate in a project related to electric vehicles and future mobility. A dynamic and technologically advanced industrial environment. Training and support during onboarding. Annual gross salary of €29\.000. Initial three-month contract, with a real possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion of the adaptation period. Opportunities for learning and professional development within the group.
