




As a nutrition consultant, your primary role will be to support individuals in adopting healthy habits. The goal is for these changes to be easy to implement and sustainable over time, generating a positive and lasting impact on their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include conducting nutritional and lifestyle assessments for each individual. Additionally, you will lead sessions and programs according to specific methodologies, designing personalized plans covering meal suggestions, habits, and supplements tailored to individual needs. It will be essential to deliver nutrition education clearly, accessibly, and highly practically—guiding, evaluating, and motivating clients as they consolidate new, healthy routines. Finally, your work will also focus on ensuring an exceptional experience both for the person receiving guidance and for the establishment.
