Job Summary: We are seeking a junior or recent graduate engineer to configure, program, and customize traffic management solutions, and provide sales support. Key Highlights: 1. At Kapsch, we are looking for a junior or recent graduate engineer preferably with prior knowledge and/or experience in software development and SCADA programming. Responsibilities: * Configure, program, and customize Kapsch traffic management solutions, including HMI modifications, database modifications, testing, and commissioning of implemented changes. * Additionally, provide sales support, prepare estimates for work to be carried out, and perform solution design during pre-sales and tendering phases. Requirements: * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Basic technical knowledge of relational databases, networks and communication protocols, scripting, and operating systems * High level of spoken and written English * Intermediate level of spoken and written Spanish * Availability for occasional travel (national and international) Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of system programming and configuration, preferably SCADAs (WinCC / ClearSCADA / Wonderware, etc.) * Experience in user interface design * Knowledge of virtualized environments Our Offer: * Permanent contract * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours * 30 working days of vacation * Hybrid work model * Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, or Seville, depending on candidate preference.
