To achieve this, we are seeking talent to join our large family, specifically our **Finance** team, in the role of **Cash Specialist**. **About the Role** As a **Cash Specialist**, you will play a key role in managing treasury operations for elrow and Monegros. You will be responsible for monitoring liquidity, anticipating cash needs, and ensuring financial flows keep pace with the rhythm of a dynamic, international business. **Responsibilities** * Daily management and updating of the treasury position, ensuring visibility of available liquidity. * Preparation and monitoring of the cash forecast, including payment planning and execution of requested wire transfers. * Oversight of the bank reconciliation process carried out by the Accounting team, ensuring proper execution and resolution of discrepancies. Supporting reconciliations using the treasury management tool EMBAT. * Preparation and reporting of the daily and weekly Cash Summary to the Finance Directorate. * Direct liaison with banks and negotiation of banking terms. * Optimization of financial costs and risk management. * Support in preparing documentation and analysis related to treasury strategy and monitoring. * Management and implementation of the Cash Pooling project, optimizing group liquidity centralization and efficiency. * Coordination and monitoring of Cash Pooling operations, ensuring correct functioning and compliance with financial policies. Requirements We seek a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in treasury or cash management, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with high transaction volumes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a clear orientation toward continuous improvement are essential. We especially value organized, proactive, and autonomous individuals capable of managing day-to-day treasury operations while maintaining a holistic view of cash flow and anticipating potential needs. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Controller, or Finance roles. * Experience in cash forecasting, payment management, and bank reconciliations. * Familiarity with treasury management tools and ERPs (SAP, Business Central, Oracle, Navision, or similar). Experience with the treasury management tool EMBAT is highly valued. * Experience working with expense management platforms such as Payhawk (desirable). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2 or higher), particularly in international contexts. * An organized, rigorous individual with strong analytical capabilities and a results-oriented mindset
