Responsible for applying manual massage techniques to relieve muscular, fascial, and soft-tissue tension to enhance guests' overall wellbeing. **Freelance Position.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct basic physical assessments of guests to tailor treatments. * Perform therapeutic, decontracting, relaxing, or sports massages according to guest needs. * Apply advanced manual techniques: joint manipulations, soft-tissue mobilization, among others. * Adapt manual techniques to the user’s pain level, age, and physical condition to ensure optimal results. * Apply specific techniques including kneading, friction, pressure, gentle stretching, etc., as needed. * Prepare the workspace: hygiene, treatment table setup, oils, and materials. * Record observations and/or relevant information regarding the guest’s stay and treatments in the internal system. * Provide general recommendations on posture habits and self-care when requested. * Deliver excellent, satisfying service, ensuring each treatment is a luxurious and wellness-oriented experience. * Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to provide an integrated and coordinated approach to guest care. **What We Seek:** * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in similar positions. * Certification in Chiropractic Massage. * Accredited training in at least two of the following therapies: Thai, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage. * **English and Spanish.** *Preferred Qualifications:* * Certification or studies in Osteopathy, Physical Therapy, or Cranio\-Sacral Therapy. * Training in complementary manual therapies (myofascial release, deep tissue, assisted stretching). * International experience in luxury hotels, clinics, or spas. * Additional languages: French, Russian, or Arabic.
