




Job Summary: We are seeking customer service teleoperators in the tourism sector to provide support, advisory services, incident management, and processing of travel- and insurance-related claims. Customer service in the tourism and insurance sectors We are looking for customer service teleoperators in the tourism sector with proficiency in English and Portuguese and/or Italian. You will work at an insurance brokerage located in central Madrid, in the Príncipe Pío area. Your responsibilities will include providing support and advisory services to customers regarding their contracts, handling incoming calls, and assisting with inquiries about online-sold products. You will also manage travel-related incidents, process claims, and handle insurance claims. You will provide travel assistance and resolve policy-related queries. The contract is temporary, from May to September, with potential for permanent employment. You must be available to work Monday through Sunday, on fixed shifts: morning (8\-17h or 9\-18h) or afternoon (14\-22h). The working arrangement is hybrid, alternating three days of remote work and two days in the office. The annual gross salary is €20\.315, plus incentives and a language bonus. * Previous experience in customer service within the insurance and/or tourism sector is mandatory. * Fluent command of Spanish \+ English and/or PORTUGUESE or ITALIAN is mandatory. * Experience in resolving travel-related incidents for customers or issues related to tourism is highly valued. * Availability Monday through Sunday and willingness to work assigned shifts.
