Job Description We are seeking a nursing professional to work **part-time**, under an **indefinite-term contract**, closely collaborating with the nurse currently working at the facility. You will become part of the facility’s interdisciplinary team, contributing to ensuring comprehensive and personalized care for our residents. Main Responsibilities * Assessment and ongoing monitoring of residents’ health status. * Administration and oversight of pharmacological treatments. * Wound care, vital sign monitoring, and basic healthcare assistance. * Coordination with medical staff and other professionals. * Preparation and updating of clinical records. * Support and guidance to families when necessary. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing. * Valid professional registration. * Prior experience in geriatrics or residential care facilities is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong communication skills. * Sensitivity and vocation for caring for elderly people.
