In the first case, additional business training (e.g., MBA) will be valued. * **Experience:** * At least 5 years in commercial or management roles within the photovoltaic sector. * International experience. * Experience in EPC project management will be considered an advantage. * Prior experience in start\-up environments or development of new business lines will be valued. ️ Languages: Spanish and English essential. Additional languages will be valued. Knowledge or network of contacts within industrial companies consuming hydrogen will be a plus. **Key Skills:** * Leadership and project management. * Solid knowledge of the renewable and photovoltaic energy sector. * Analytical and structuring ability. * Strategic thinking and execution orientation. * Proactivity, clear communication, and presentation skills. **Location:** Basque Country, with availability for international travel.
