




As an **HR Technician**, you will be responsible for supporting the management of Human Resources areas across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the proper implementation of processes related to human talent management. Your responsibilities will include personnel administration and payroll management, as well as resolving labor conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Functions: * Provide support to centers in the preparation of schedules and calendars, as well as their monthly follow-up. * Manage registrations, deregistrations, and working hour adjustments in Social Security. * Drafting and management of employment contracts. * Monitoring and tracking sick leaves, vacations, etc.... * Processing payrolls (using SAGE software) and social security filings through SILTRA. * Applying and ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Liaising with official agencies (INSS, SEPE, TGSS, GEROA, etc.). * Monthly processing of tax form 111. * Resolving incidents and providing employee advice on labor-related matters. * Previous experience as an HR Technician or in a similar role. * Knowledge and experience using SAGE software. * Solid understanding of labor legislation and Human Resources processes. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proficiency in computer tools and Human Resources management systems will be valued positively.
