Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Technical Manager to ensure, maintain, and manage prevention systems in Bilbao, providing support and training. Key Highlights: 1. Advisory services on coordination of business activities **Description:** ---------------- We require an Occupational Risk Prevention Technical Manager for our Bilbao office. Your responsibilities will include ensuring, maintaining, and managing the day-to-day operations of occupational risk prevention systems within your area of responsibility (Division, District Unit, etc.). You will report hierarchical results related to Occupational Risk Prevention. You will support internal, external audits, and/or inspections within your area of responsibility. You will deliver Occupational Risk Prevention training within your area of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring of Preventive Planning based on conclusions drawn from various technical reports prepared (risk assessments, accident investigation reports, specific technical reports, safety committee meetings, etc.). * Preparation and monitoring of risk maps. * Preparation and monitoring of Near-Miss Incident Investigations, as well as Accident and Occupational Disease Investigations. * Preparation of specific technical reports arising from Risk Assessments. * Advising on actions derived from coordination of business activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Attending various meetings, audits, and inspections generated during the provision of services or activities. * Coordinating training and information needs regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, and ensuring proper management and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Conducting and coordinating internal audits and safety inspections at facilities, following guidelines established by the Joint Prevention Service. * Coordination with Mutual Insurance Companies, external prevention services, and subcontracted companies. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent, plus a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties (Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology). * Experience with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, inspections, and internal audits. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Technician, preferably in the services sector, performing coordination and development activities related to Occupational Risk Prevention across multiple workplaces. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Willingness to travel between assigned sites within the region. **We Offer** * Long-term temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours. * Company vehicle. * Competitive salary.
