We seek a senior profile with solid judgment and proven experience in comprehensive management of industrial environments, aligned with the values of the cooperative model and committed to long-term tenure. Main Responsibilities Commercial Management and Business Development \- Lead commercial strategy directly from the management level, focusing on profitability and sustainable growth. \- Analyze margins by customer and project, prioritize strategic accounts, and manage portfolio concentration risks. \- Assess the economic-industrial viability of projects and proposals. \- Translate actual production capabilities into competitive and sustainable commercial offerings. Strategic Vision and Business Evolution \- Collaborate with production and finance teams to define and prioritize productive and technological investments, driving the transition toward Industry 4.0. \- Plan generational succession and manage processes related to partner retirements, coordinated with governing bodies. \- Monitor market evolution and anticipate future business needs. Organizational Leadership \- Structure, organize, and professionalize a small yet complex organization, clearly defining roles and responsibilities. \- Promote direct, transparent, and results-oriented communication.
