Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate sales associate to join our multicultural team, maximizing revenue and enhancing the customer experience through fashion sales and styling services. We take pride in taking fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people worldwide. **YOUR NEW ROLE** We are seeking a sales associate for our MANGO store located in San Sebastián Garbera. We offer a temporary contract of 36 hours per week, with rotating shifts and two days off. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Sell apparel, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping. * Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue generation and improve the customer experience. * Assist and inform consumers about promotions, including product selection and purchase, with thorough knowledge of company policies. * Perform in-store support functions, including stock handling, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services. * Assist with online order fulfillment if a product is unavailable in-store. **ABOUT YOU** * Customer service orientation. * Effective communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * A minimum of six months must have passed since your last participation in a selection process with development feedback to reapply for a vacancy of the same store type (Flagship/XL, L/M or S/XS).
