At AZTI, you will contribute to project management that supports a more sustainable future, working alongside leading multidisciplinary teams in marine research, food, and sustainability.
**What will be your mission?**
Your mission will be to support the administrative and financial management of both proposals submitted to public calls and awarded research projects, ensuring the process is conducted rigorously and aligned with funding agencies' requirements.
You will directly contribute to achieving projects and their proper development to generate the expected impact.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Support preparation of administrative\-financial documentation for proposals
* Support planning and preparation of economic justification for projects
* Analyze funding agencies' requirements to adapt financial management
* Manage and review expense items linked to projects
* Collaborate with the Projects Office team by providing support in these functions

**What will help you succeed in this position?**
* Higher vocational training qualification (FP Grado Superior) and/or university degree in administration or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
* English and Basque language proficiency (spoken and written) at translation and oral comprehension level.
* Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
* Driver's license category B1
**Additional aspects we will value**
* Familiarity with public subsidy programs.
* Experience in subsidy justifications.
* Experience in budget preparation, proposal processing, and economic\-administrative project management.
* Experience in public tender processing.
* Knowledge of accounting.
* Financial knowledge.
